Bio

Gisela Pulido Borrell is a professional kitesurfer based in Tarifa. She started kitesurfing at age eight and began competing at ten, becoming the sport’s youngest world champion that same year. Over the course of her career, she has won ten world titles in freestyle kitesurfing.
In 2024, she represented Spain in Formula Kite at the Paris Olympics, and she is currently training for Los Angeles 2028 while also competing in big air events. She has lived and trained in Tarifa for most of her career and continues to compete at the sport's highest level.
