What is Wonder Talks
Tarifa has become home to a growing international community. People from different countries and backgrounds come here to work remotely, build businesses, create, and embrace a different way of living.
The beach, cafés and after-work drinks are great for meeting people. But some conversations need a different setting — one where ideas can be explored, experiences can be shared, and meaningful connections can grow.
That’s why we created Wonder Talks.
Each session brings together entrepreneurs, remote workers, creatives and local residents around a talk or workshop in English. The only requirement is simple: share something you’ve genuinely lived and learned.
No pitching. No performative success stories. Just honest conversations that spark ideas, challenge perspectives, and offer practical insights you can take into your own projects and life.
Our ambition is simple: to help build a more connected, creative and entrepreneurial community where locals and people from around the world exchange knowledge, inspire one another, and grow together.

The 30-second community pitches are one of the most anticipated moments of the event. Anyone in the room can jump on stage and take the mic for 30 seconds — to introduce themselves, share a project they’re working on, find a collaborator, or simply say hello. No pressure, no format. Just real community.
