Jorge Galindo spent more than a decade building a company with friends, starting from a tiny office above a churrería in Cádiz and growing it into a remote-first team of around 150 people across five countries. Along the way he learned that what keeps a team together isn’t talent alone, but trust, respect and the way people treat each other every day.
Today he works on projects across very different worlds: artificial intelligence with Predictable Machines, music with One Record Club and craft beer with La Ilustre.
“Few people will miss the smartest person in the room, but everyone will miss someone kind.”
We’ve all been in that meeting: everyone trying to have the cleverest idea, the sharpest comment, the last word. Jorge proposes the opposite. Drawing on more than ten years of building a company with friends, he shares what he calls the Kind Framework, a simple and slightly provocative idea: kindness gets better results than brilliance. This isn’t a talk about making money or a formula for success. It’s about teams, trust and leadership, and why he still enjoys building things.
